Description
This Mini Illuminated Momentary Power Button is an adorable breadboard-friendly tactile switch featuring a built-in LED. It provides a simple way to add a tactile switch with a colorful universal power symbol to your electronic projects.
The tactile switch is approximately the size of a 6mm tactile switch and can snap into a breadboard. It includes two additional pins to connect the anode and cathode of a small LED that shines through the top of the button.
Important: This is a momentary button, not an on-off switch. The LED is not internally connected to the switch and does not include a resistor. You will need to add an approximate 1K resistor and control the LED via a microcontroller pin or another method.
The cathode of the LED is the pin closest to the ‘line’ half of the power symbol.
This product is the Red version of the mini illuminated pushbutton. A blue version is also available.
