Description
These chrome-plated metal buttons are rugged and stylish, perfect for any sturdy project enclosure. They fit into a 16mm drilled hole in material up to 1/2″ thick, with a rubber gasket included to keep water out.
The front features a flat metal actuator surrounded by a red plastic LED ring. The switch includes 3 contacts for common, normally-open, and normally-closed, and 2 for the LED ring. The LED ring operates from 3 to 6V with an internal resistor; for higher voltages like 12V or 24V, adding a 470 ohm resistor in series is recommended.
This is an on/off switch: pressing it once connects normally-open contact to common (pressed state), pressing again releases it. The switch contacts and LED ring are wired separately, allowing flexible configurations.
