Create your own vibrant 8×16 LED matrix display with this Blue LED Matrix FeatherWing Display Kit designed for Feather boards. This kit combines two miniature 8×8 bright blue LED matrices into a single 128-LED display powered by a FeatherWing driver board.
The kit includes a fully assembled 16×8 0.8″ LED FeatherWing, two ultra-bright square 8×8 blue matrices, and two 16-pin headers. Featuring an HT16K33 I2C LED matrix driver, it allows easy control over I2C with just two pins, eliminating the need for 24 GPIO pins.
This compact display is ideal for scrolling text, small video, or graphical emoticons. Assembly requires light soldering, taking approximately 15 minutes. The board now includes STEMMA QT compatibility for plug-and-play use.
