This is an Off-Road light bar designed to mount to your existing  factory bumper on a 1999-2004 Land Rover Discovery 2. You mount this to your bumper and then can attach a pair of Off-Road lights to this bar. It is a steel tube design finished with black powdercoat and fits between the 2 headlights.
