This flanged repair liner is suitable for damaged/porous 3.9/4.0/4.2/4.6 Rover V8 blocks. The block will require reboring and flange recess machining before fitting.
This liner is the complete solution for fixing these blocks. The liner can be bored to 96.00mm for over-bored versions of the V8 engine, taking it to 5.0 litres. Semi finished bore 94.00mm (less 1.00mm for final finishing in bore).
