NOTE: Newer SUVs with trailer management systems monitor the power draw on the trailer connector in order to automatically modify vehicle settings when a trailer is connected. Depending on the year and make of your vehicle, the HitchMount LED may interact with this system if equipped.

If you would like to use a locking trailer pin to install this kit instead of the snap-fit pins, you can do so with a quick modification. Watch the video. This product is not intended to replace original factory tail lamps. Please ensure your trailer hitch has an open back before ordering.
