Description

This battery holder connects 3 AAA batteries together in series for powering various projects. It features a slim box design and an on-off switch, providing a voltage range of approximately 3.3-4.5V, which closely matches Lithium Ion/polymer (Li-Ion) batteries.

This holder is ideal for 3.3V projects that use a 2-pin JST connector designed for Li-Ion/Poly batteries. Note: It is not suitable for charging like Li-Ion/Poly batteries.

• Output voltage varies based on battery type: NiMH rechargeable batteries range from 3.7V (charged) to 2.7V (end of life, nominal 3.6V); alkaline batteries range from 4.6V (new) to 3.3V (end of life, nominal 4.5V).
• Recommended for use with micro:bit projects requiring higher voltage than 2 x NiMH batteries can provide.
