Inner Tie Rod Assembly

• Machined from heat-treated 4140 chromoly with a durable Moly coating

• Greasable ball joint with internal grease channels and zerk port for easy maintenance

• Bronze wear surfaces provide smooth operation and eliminate slop over time

• Fully adjustable and rebuildable—tighten to remove play as needed

Outer Tie Rod Assembly

• CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum and hard-anodized for strength

• Features a 3/4” Teflon-lined FK Heim joint encapsulated in our proprietary CUB (Captured Urethane Bearing) housing

• Billet double-shear outer knuckle bracket adds structural support

• 17-4 stainless steel misalignment spacers maximize travel

• Toe alignment adjustable with dual 12-point pinch bolts and press-fit steel inserts for thread integrity
