Upgrade any Feather board with the Adafruit LSM6DSOX + LIS3MDL FeatherWing, a precision 9-DoF IMU for full motion sensing. This all-in-one sensing Wing provides 9 degrees of freedom using two fantastic sensors from STMicroelectronics.

The board features the LSM6DSOX 6-DoF IMU, with a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope. The accelerometer detects acceleration and orientation, while the gyroscope measures rotational motion with low noise and drift. The sensor supports flexible data rates and ranges: ±2/±4/±8/±16 g accelerometer at 1.6 Hz to 6.7 kHz update rate and ±125/±250/±500/±1000/±2000 dps gyroscope at 12.5 Hz to 6.7 kHz.

Additionally, it features the LIS3MDL 3-axis magnetometer, which detects magnetic north and measures magnetic fields with selectable scales of ±4/±8/±12/±16 gauss. Both sensors communicate over a shared I2C bus compatible with any Feather board, with breakout interrupt pins and address-selection jumpers for flexibility.
