Description
Feather is the new development board from Adafruit, thin, light, and portable. The Adafruit Feather 32u4 Bluefruit with Headers is an all-in-one Arduino-compatible board featuring Bluetooth® Low Energy (BTLE), built-in USB, and battery charging.
Powered by an ATmega32u4 microcontroller at 8 MHz and 3.3V logic, it includes 32K flash and 2K RAM with native USB support for programming and debugging. The built-in Bluefruit LE module (nRF51822 chipset) enables wireless communication compatible with iOS, Android, Mac OS X, and Windows 8+.
This board supports a 3.7V lithium polymer battery with built-in charging circuitry and USB charging support. It features 20 GPIO pins, hardware serial/I2C/SPI, 7 PWM pins, 10 analog inputs, a 100mA lipoly charger with status LED, a red LED on pin #13, power/enable pin, 4 mounting holes, and a reset button.

- Support for HID keyboard, heart rate monitoring, UriBeacon functionality
- Over-the-air firmware updates via Bluetooth enabled by built-in bootloader
The board is fully assembled with headers pre-soldered for plug-and-play use in a breadboard. Note: Lipoly battery and MicroUSB cable are sold separately.
