Our QT Py boards are an excellent choice for compact microcontroller projects that require power and efficiency, and now you can add a small, vibrant display to any setup with the Adafruit EYESPI BFF for QT Py or Xiao.
This board features an 18-pin “EYE SPI” standard FPC connector with a flip-top connector designed for extended display wiring that requires many SPI pins, ideal for longer cable distances with a slim and flexible form factor.
- Compatible with any QT Py or Xiao boards.
- Connects MOSI/MISO/SCK SPI pins to the default SPI port on the QT Py.
- SDA/SCL I2C pins connected to the I2C port on QT Py headers.
- TFT CS on TX pin, configurable by cutting solder jumper.
- TFT DC on RX pin, configurable by cutting solder jumper.
- Optional IRQ, Touch CS, Memory CS, and SD Card CS pins configurable via solder jumpers.
- Includes through-hole solder pads for extra pins.
- Includes headers for soldering to your QT Py, with optional use of Itsy Bitsy short female headers (not included).
- Comes as an assembled and tested PCB.
- Note: QT Py, display, and EYESPI cable are not included.
The small and flexible 18-pin FPC cable is perfect for adding big, colorful displays or power-saving E-Ink displays to your projects. Don’t forget to purchase an 18-pin EYESPI FPC cable separately along with a compatible EYESPI display marked with the EYESPI logo for seamless connectivity.
