Description
Punch in your secret key (or Jenny’s number) into this numeric matrix keypad featuring 16 buttons arranged in a 4×4 grid. The keys are connected in a matrix format, requiring only 8 microcontroller pins (4 columns and 4 rows) for scanning.
This keypad includes headers for easy breadboard hookup, requiring light soldering to attach. Alternatively, you can use plain wires. It’s a sturdier version of our Membrane 3×4 Matrix Keypad. The left side has four row pins, and the right side has four column pins.
