Approximately 30mm in diameter, it allows for a simple drilled hole in wood, plastic, or metal using a common hole-saw or bit, with no special filing required.
The cable comes with a plastic nut to securely mount the Ethernet jack on panels up to 16mm (0.625″) thick, or as thin as a few millimeters.
