Description
This Snap-In Panel Mount Cable allows you to enclose a device with a USB A port while converting it to a modern USB C connector. It is perfect for securely housing your project in a box. One end features a USB A plug connector and the other a USB C socket with special over-molding.
Installation is easy with the snap-in design—no screws or drilling required. Simply cut a rectangular hole approximately 21.8mm by 10.9mm (up to 5mm thickness), and snap the panel mount in place for a snug fit that covers burrs and imperfections.
Important: This cable cannot be used as a USB C host to A peripheral cable by adding a USB A-M to Micro B connector on the end. The Type A-M side must be plugged into the USB host and USB C into the peripheral.
